Reflect. Reconnect. Empower

Self-awareness and empowerment through individual coaching and community sound experiences designed to support clarity, grounded presence, and personal growth.

Whitnee Verdi
Co-Founder
Whitnee Verdi has spent more than 30 years supporting personal growth and development, first as an educator and now as the founder of Verdi Health and Wellness. With a background in education and leadership, including a BA in Liberal Studies and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, Whitnee brings a grounded, reflective approach to helping individuals better understand themselves and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
Her work centers on self-awareness and empowerment, supporting people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck despite being capable and highly self-aware. Through one-on-one coaching and community sound experiences, Whitnee creates supportive spaces for reflection, regulation, and reconnection—helping individuals recognize patterns, strengthen self-trust, and make intentional, empowered choices. As the author of several interactive journals, she invites people to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel practical, accessible, and sustainable.
